Outreach and Press

I am passionate about communicating my science to the public in both my native language, Spanish, and English. I have been interviewed on live TV, podcasts, YouTube and radio in both Spanish and English about NASA's TESS Mission discoveries as well as other exoplanet results. I have also appeared on multiple news articles and features. Recently, I was hired as a writer for Astrobites, a daily astrophysical literature journal written by graduate students, for which I have published four daily summaries, three "beyond" articles and contributed to three AAS coverage articles.

I am also deeply passionate about speaking about my experience as a woman and as a Latina in astronomy as well as speaking about mental health topics. If you're interested in contacting me for outreach and/or press opportunities, please reach out to me here or email me!
